None of the gates work but the very last exit gate, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a new customer and a lot of old customers seemed to be very irritated with this location and how itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s operated.

Was very impressive at the cleanliness of the facility. The easy access into the building and the room to manuever a cart to get your belongs to your unit. The two employees I've met so far are very helpful and courteous. I have used a few other storage units before but non as impressive as this one. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Reserving my unit online was fast and easy. I had a call from public storage within minutes to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The unit was perfect for what I needed. The place is well lit and there are carts available to help you move things to the unit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the A/C is not working well ans I paid for a climate controlled unit. Per the staff it is being worked on.

I was pleasantly greeted right away by Chelsea at Branch Ave. Public Storage today. She was very helpful and thorough in assisting me with my storage unit needs. The facility was neat, clean, and sufficient. Overall friendly environment. I really appreciate good customer service and the offer to be flexible if I needed to upgrade or downsize to another unit. I love the Clinton location. I was there sometime ago and Felicia was the best then and still is. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all customers are happy and satisfy. I would love to work under her. The two young ladies that were in training and the other young lady, were so nice and polite as well!! I will continue to use this Public Storage whenever I need too. Pleasurable experience Thanks to leasing consultant Ashanti. Even though I arrived at the facility so close to closing Ashanti was optimistic, still so willing to work with me to lease a unit, she stayed professional, accommodating, and ensured she explained step by step of the lease documents and procedures for leasing the unit. The facility was clean and well maintained. Ashanti went above and beyond to ensure she achieved 100 % client satisfaction. If you lease from this public storage ask for her it will be a pleasurable experience.
