The facility reached out after I made my reservation and handled everything via phone and email. When I arrived I got my code and the staff member walked me to my unit and sort it out for me. Perfect experience!

Carlos went over everything with me. He took me on a tour & showed me where my unit was located. Showed me the quickest way to enter. The facility is clean. Carts are available. Very pleased with how quickly everything went. I was able to start moving my items in right away.

I called a few other storage facilities closer to where Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m moving and got the run around.. couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get an answer, playing phone tag. I made a reservation online at this facility and got a phone call the next day to confirm. The gentleman I worked with could not have been more helpful. He made it so easy. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember his name but he deserves a RAISE! The facility is very modern, clean and easy to access. Thanks for making my move a little less stressful!

First the entire facility is VERY clean. I checked in and the person working walked me to the unit to make sure it was satisfactory. He could not have been nicer! He checked and double checked my code to make sure I would have no problem getting in using the keypad. It is conveniently located off of Warren Road at Beaver Dam Road. Easy to get in and out of. There was only one cart to use for moving your stuff on (if you need it). I have rented from other facilities and generally there are more than one but no one else was there so it was ok; just made for several trip. I would definitely recommend this storage unit for the convenience, the customer service and the cleanliness of the place.
