The storage unit is clean and easy to access as well as the grounds being easy to access. I do wish they had lights in the units though.

The unit I had reserved online wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available once I came to the facility the gentleman was very helpful but I had to pay the full price for the unit that was larger and they said that they willI just the price accordingly I reserved on the phone a 5 x 7 and they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have an available anymore once I got to the place the price I had to pay the $70.20 and they said they will make the adjustment They were overall very helpful and pleasant

The facility is rusty and a little dirty but I like the prices. The doors wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stay open even with the magnet. Needs some work done in the office too, they were no chairs to sit on why waiting for the customer ahead of me.

The facility is very clean and secure. This is my first time renting a unit, I was impressed Kree the manager was thorough and pleasant. Her customer relations skills were superior. She walked me through all of the paper work and the rules. I hope I never have to use a storage facility again but if I do I would come back to this facility and especially if the manager Kree is still there.

I have never rented a storage unit before but they certainly made it simple for me to do. First month free is always helpful especially with the admin fees, etc. I borrowed the truck they have for rent for "free" #adminfees. But still I spent waaaay less then I would as opposed to renting a rental truck. And they mark and note thoroughly where the problem issues are on the truck (like dings, scratches, etc) so you're not getting stuck with anything. The GM is very nice and helpful. The facility is super clean. It's well list in the facility inside and outside.

Getting the information I needed to know before move-in was easy. Getting more info was still just as easy. Facility was clean and the ladies behind the desk are very clear with what I need to know and answering my questions. I've never rented a storage unit so it's all new to me and it was easy-peasy-lemon-squeezey. :)

I moved from my storage unit in DC to Cube Smart in Laurel, and CUT MY BILL IN HALF! I now have a large, climate-controlled, clean unit for half-the price of what I paid in the city. The drive to Laurel is worth the great price!

I wished you had monthly discounts for veterans, retired law enforcement officer or graduate students.

The staff were amazingly professional, and the entire rental procedure was very efficient. The person who signed me up was very good at explaining the process and answered all my questions intelligently.

A little pricey, but it is well worth it. The facility is gated and monitored by camera, and somebody lives on the property to monitor it.

Everyone i spoke to was super helpful. The use of the truck was HUGE and made things so much easier. Look no further! This is a great storage space!

It's been a long time since I have experienced the kind of customer service offered at this facility. I couldn't be more satisfied. It's also a very good value. I think that the items I am storing are very safe and I am pleased that I chose this facility to store them.

Great facility, manager was so friendly and kind. Units aren't climate controlled, unfortunately, so make sure to double check that online before you arrive if that's what you're looking for.

I received confirmation for Sat. 5/24 as a new client but when I arrived no one was there. Waited for about 40 min for someone that was stuck in traffic. Returned Sun to store my items and sign my paperwork, it was very quick and they apologized for the Sat mix-up. Very nice and the facility is pretty clean (I have only been once). The price is awesome compared to some other locations. Overall, I"m currently happy.

The two young ladies were a pleasure to work with. As a first timer renting a storage unit, they def made it a pleasurable experience.

I had to find a storage facility in a rather short amount of time and CubeSmart seemed to be the best fit. Pricing is very affordable, especially with the offer of the first month free. Customer service from the store manager was impeccable! My only suggestion to future renters is to bring your own lock for your unit.

The manager opened the office on time. I felt welcome from the start, was dealt with speedily and courteously. My guys were allowed to offload as I filled paperwork and I was given all partinent information. A very nice experience all round!

I have found CubeSmart Self Storage to be a very accessible, easy to use storage facility. Staff are extremely helpful, you can reserve a free truck upon move-in and the monthly rate is less than surrounding facilitates.

I move a TON of stuff into my unit without a single problem. My unit and the building housing it were clean and easy to access.
