I had been to (2) storage locations in Crofton and both locations provided very friendly service. However I chose this storage location due to the availability for a climate controlled unit. Crystal was very helpful and personable. I feel confident that my things will be in a safe and secure environment. I communicated my concern with ez-storage rates increasing every 3-6 months and she reassured me this was not the practice in this family owned location.

This is by far the best value around! I did not want to be locked into a long term contract so the month to month agreement is perfect plus I got the 1st month free! Convenient location, very clean, and the front desk clerk was extremely efficient and frIendly. Highly recommended!!

Clean, secure, cheapest around and wonderful staff. An employee helped me with a crate I was having trouble moving after two casters collapsed, without me asking. First month free. Can't beat this place.

We were pleasantly surprised with the experience. I called ahead to confirm our reservation/quote and had no issues when we arrived. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our space was clean and easy to get to. We will definitely upgrade to a larger space, if needed.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating when I signed up. The facility is very secure with great video monitoring and easy access. One of the cleanest facilities I have seen.

I needed a space in a hurry and found this location on sparefoot. The price was right, and when I got there I was even more excited to find out it was temperature controlled for that price! The layout of the facility is slightly confusing, both driving around and when going to walk to your unit, but it's clean and even smells like it still might be a new-ish facility. The gate is left open during the day, which I'm not sure I'm crazy about (since it is supposed to be for security purposes) but it's a small, almost irrelevant observation when compared with the overall experience.

After searching for the cheapest 5x5 around to store my things in for the summer, I found Best Storage. For the lowest price I could find, I got a clean building (lots of ants outside, but none inside that I could find.), a temperature controlled unit, and though it was on the second floor, there were hand carts and an elevator to make the whole thing easy. The area is very secure, and overall one of the best storage places I have been to.
