From the time I got there until I left Sonya took great care of me answered all my questions and even walk up to the unit with me when I had trouble getting in the unit. I must say this is my very first time using a storage unit and I will definitely using this particular location quite often its very clean and easy to get too parking is not a problem and plenty of helpful tools to get your things in and out of the storage unit. Thanks this place is amazing

The unit was advertised and the staff were great. However I was very annoyed to see that I would need to make additional payments of $13 a month for the required renters insurance. This should have been advertised, and added roughly 50% to the cost.

Great space, small but fits my needs. It would have been nice to know that I needed to buy renters insurance.

This move was very easy the place was nice storage units were true to size...

My locker had a problem with the slide on the door and the second visit, I took hammer and screw driver to open it, the agent fixed it right then for me. Was very helpful.

The young ladies in the office are wonderful. Vanita was on point with everything, she made me feel great. They are all very welcoming.

The service, facility and storage were perfect. However, I didn't realize that I had to pay a minimum $12 per month insurance fee. The amount is small, but it would have been nice to know about it ahead of time.

Pricing was reasonable and facility was very clean, the customer service was awesome and I will definitely recommend cube smart to anyone looking for storage.

Watch out: storage lockers are high off the ground and require a giant industrial ladder to access. Only monkeys need apply, or strong young folks with good knees and broad shoulders. Would have liked to have known this in advance.

The least expensive storage lockers require you to lug your clunky boxes up a giant industrial ladder - not possible for this old granny, so I was vexed at having to trade up for a pricier unit. Would have liked this to be clear before making the trek! But Arnaldo was nice, thorough, and helpful. The place feels bright and secure.
