Pleasantly surprised by my rental experience. Anthony, the Manager was uber professional. He called to verify the reservation and to see if I needed anything to make the process smooth and easy. When I arrived to their clean facility, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. 5 stars.

My initial experience was great. However when I wanted to move in I received a very unprofessional phone call from an employee regarding cleaning the unit before I moved in.

I found this facility last minute online, and received a call back within minutes. The staff was very professional, curious and helpful. I ended up needing a larger unit, which they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have, because they were full....that should say a lot about the property!! However, they helped me with my issue, with no problem!! I I highly recommended this facility!!

This is the second time I've had to use an off-site storage facility, but my first encounter with "Cube-Smart." The service is much more professional here, and the facilities in much better condition. Certainly a more comfortable experience here...

It's a good location and the promotion was perfect for me to move in, it's a clean and quiet location.

The desk clerk at CubeSmart, Tracy, was extremely professional and very helpful with regards to our securing a storage space. The unit is clean and well maintained.

The storage unit is close to my home. I received great service and information when I called and when I went in to move in, the best part of that was the courteous, helpful and informative treatment of Mr. T. Ross. An impression of a company is mostly based on the customer service of it employees. CubeSmart on Donnell Drive in District Heights gets an A because of Mr. Ross.

Happy to have a smooth transition from one unit to the other and Terrance was very helpful. He even found some people to help us move some heavy furniture. Thank you for your professionalism.

Staff was very helpful. However, facility needs more lighting outside. I brought my own lock and a copy of my homeowner's insurance. Bringing these two items will save you a few bucks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean and secure place. The only downside is that the insurance requirement which I didn't know of until I signed the papers. You either need to buy it for $12/mo from them or bring your own policy. Additional cost....

This is my second time renting a storage unit and Cubesmart was super clean, well-lit, well-organized, and had a very strict security system, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use again and I would recommend to a friend.

Booked online n compared to other storage facility they was one of the cheapest. The facility looks nice and it was very clean. The customer service was great explained everything to us. Basically it was nothing for me to complain about. Except 1. Those boxes are to damn expensive. Lol. But good experience so far.

Some minor issues with an original storage unit with a bad latch, and a lengthy registration process, but in the end everything went well!

The staff does a great job to welcome you and ensure a smooth transition into the facility. However, for the amount being paid for the unit, I expected more from my cube... like being able to drive up to the unit. Instead, I have a long haul from the entrance (~300 feet, 4 turns, and an elevator ride) to my (unlit) cube. The elevators are slow, the number of dollies is limited, the aisles are tight (for couches/mattresses) and that drags out an already painful process.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a much easier experience than I anticipated.

First time I've ever been to this facility and I am thoroughly impressed. Only negative part was having to buy mandatory insurance that wasn't a part of the monthly rate. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints!

Very responsive sales team; friendly and professional. Pet peeve of mine is answering phones while dealing with a customer, the service representative let the phones roll over to voicemail in order to answer later. I loved it.

This my first time renting a storage unit and for my budget it was extremely affordable. The 5x5x8 has enough room to fit all of my things and some of my boyfriends place that he wasnt using. Im pleased with my decision to rent with Cubesmart.

The experience that i had with this facility was great. I got all of my questions answered and I reserved it the same day. The location and the price was just right.

Very good did not have any proble

It took too long to obtain the unit. I had paid labor waiting idle while the unit was being processed. It cost an extra $150.00

I found the people willing to help. It would be interesting to have discounts for longer periods in storage.

I was very impressed by the condition of the facility, from the office to the storage areas. Also, Monique at the front desk couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. One thing I will add, though, is that the paperwork took much longer than I expected, and longer than my previous experience with a different storage company.

Just signed up for a storage locker and it was probably the best customer service experience I've had in general in a very long time. Staff is extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and nice. Facility is very cleanly maintained and seems to be in excellent condition.

First time ever getting a storage and it was truly a great experience.. Faculty nice spoke well and clearly , explained everything. I would recommend cube storage to everyone..

My experience was very good. Although I have concerns about the neighborhood I feel confident that this facility has adequate security. I also got a good price online.

The entire process was outstanding. I googled storage units in the area, CubeSmart popped up and has a very good price, the least expensive in the area. It's a block away from home, very clean, secure, and reasonable accessible. So far so good.
