Public Storage - Capitol Heights - 800 Ritchie Rd

It had quite a bit of traffic Saturday but we were still greeted kindly and flatbeds were available to use. This unit was a bit higher on pricing compared to other but reviews were better and in person met initial expectations.

Highly recommend- was my first time renting a storage facility and was an easy process.

Ms. Ginger, is truly a beautiful person who helps you get moved in properly. You make sure you have a clear understanding of the property times entering and departing. You can thank me later but go and see Ms. Ginger she is truly real and inviting.

I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really leave a review because I just moved in. But customer service needs work and the way the pricing is where you have to pay at the beginning of the month, even after moving in the middle of the month needs to change.

From the online reservations to the face-to-face interaction, everything went smoothly. Not sure how long Ginger Curtis has been at this location, but she epitomizes great customer service - courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd highly recommend this location.

It was just a terrific smooth experience overall. It was easy to use the app and to gain access to the facility and when I got there, things went smoothly. I'd recommend this storage again
