Clean, with move in problem, also a fair price.

Everything was great and the unit was clean plus the grounds the customer service is very good and would recommend it to be a good place to get a unit or store a vehicle

We opted for this Public Storage because they had a good price set. Customer service was not great, but I do think this may have been a result of Covid restrictions.

Customer service was good, monthly fee (for the size unit that I rented) is great. The only thing that I would suggest to Public Storage is that, in addition to listing unit prices online, they also let customers know that they have to insure their units immediately and what their insurance (Orange Door) costs per month. I was expecting to pay only $25.00 (the amount listed on the online reservation printout) but ended up paying $100.00 (first month's unit rent, insurance, a one-time $24.00 administration fee and proration through April 2020).

Nice price, friendly service, and my personal property fits perfectly.

This was by far the best experience I've had with a storage company. The young lady who helped me did a phenomenal job making sure I was comfortable and answered any questions that I had! Will use this facility in the future if need be.

Blendine has always been here when I come here. She is a great face of your company, patient, consistent, assertive, eager to help and make sure all goes well. I've watched her train staff with respect and kindness. She is an asset to your company. I will refer people here, and if I ever need storage again, I will be back because of her.

Denna the sales associate was very informative and found the right unit for me. Denna listen to my mobinf needs and got me all the products that I needed for my moving process to go smooth. The storage space was clean and everything was at my access (storage code & dollies)

The security features of this location make me feel at ease at storing all my stuffs there. I had a great experience at Public Storage. The customer service and the professionalism was outstanding. The storage is nice and clean from the exterior to the interior and the location was perfect for me. The property manager Blendine was amazing and very knowledgeable about the business and answered all of my questions. The gentleman and the young lady there with her were very nice too. It's nice to see great customer service still exist. I'm happy they had what I was looking for and helped me with all my storage needs. Best wishes guys, Pam

From the first confirmation call, to the vacating of my unit, the property manager and her staff were courteous, informative, and very professional. The facilities were clean. The check in process was smooth and I fully understood my rights and responsibilities. I would highly recommend this Public Storage - and use them again, if needed.

This statement is to the company not related to the agent . My opinion is not towards her but to the company . Tell The truth about the true cost to rent a storage area . When you introduce the first month a dollar that's what the customer thinks and we think after a month we will pay the exact storage fee of the space which we know will be more that's why we do not come prepared to pay the additional cost . That disturbed me . Since its more than a dollar the first month say so instead of the lure statement , we are in times where our money makes a difference and has too count for everything we do in this high cost time of greed. The agent that assisted me was wonderful excellent friendly informative and very helpful .

I know of a great public storage place on Central Ave. known as public storage. I have use this location because it was recommended to me by a friend. This is my second time using this facility. Tia & Michelle are great. I only correspond with them when I have any questions.
