From the moment I called to change my scheduled appointment to the time I received my Welcome envelope, Rachel was absolutely wonderful, courteous and professional. Despite the phone ringing and people coming in, Rachel remained pleasant through it all and she did not take away from my time of being allowed to ask questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. What a great experience as a first time storage renter!
