Short entry hours, need to be open until 9 at least. Property has cameras, police station up the street, why the shortened hours?

Public Storage needs to install traffic mirrors throughout the area so cars travelling can see around corners, curves, and turns. Public Storage needs to reduce the "bump up aprons" so the dolly can be easily pulled up onto the premise after loading and prior to elevator entry. Public Storage needs to fix elevators to re-open upon touch. My body and my dolly never make into the elevator fast enough before the doors of the elevator shut on you. I am at the Marlboro Pike, Forestville Maryland storage facility. Other people leave trash, glass, litter, smokes, cans in the drive way so that when you drive up to unload, you just might drive on the other customers garbage. Public Storage should place "trash" cans for customers at each loading and unloading site door way entrance.

Your representative was an excellent example of the service level you extend to your customers. She was very thorough, detailed, and completely professional. I hope you have employees like her in all your locations.
