From the lady who called me to set it up to the property manager they made this transition for me extremely easy. They answered all my questions and were extremely polite.

My previous storage unit ( 5 x 5 ) had raised their rates another $15 ( $125 ), so i decided to shop around for better location & price ... Not only did i find a location only 2 miles away from home, but i UPGRADED to a "5 x "15 unit , FOR LESS THAN $100 !!! That is INSANE !!! Moved in 3 days ago & everything is going PERFECT ! I now have the room to move around in the unit & actually sort through things without having to unpack half the unit to get to things !! For me, it is a 11 out of a 10...Above & Beyond my expectations !!

We were able to move-in in our unit in no time. The paperwork is simple and I like the month to month arrangement.

The staff here is very helpful and I found the facility to be well maintained. The carts that they have to assist you in loading/unloading could do with an upgrade however.

Storage center is very secure and clean and dry. Spaces are perfect and easy access. They even provide docking area to unload with carts for use.

Staff is friendly. The unit is Clean and Climate control is well maintained.

The website should advise potential customers to bring a lock for their storage unit. Advise customers about requirement for insurance coverage for renting a storage unit

The staff was very helpful and courteous when I moved my things in. She was very thorough with the tour and explaining the facility hours.

So far the service and the facility have been wonderful!

Clean, great customer service

Great, clean facility with an accessible loading dock. The facility has tools available to make moving easier including many loading carts. The loading bays are big enough to fit larger move trucks in and it being covered makes moving easy during bad weather.

I moved into the self storage facility located on Laurel Fort Meade Rd in Laurel, MD and the gentleman who assisted me, I believe his name was Rick, was very nice and helpful. Prior to moving in, I called to request a unit that was close to the elevator and the gentleman on the phone was glad to find me a unit. This location has excellent customer service.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, well lit and well organized.

Great place to store household items big and small. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by 2 of the friendliest staff members I have encountered. They were just as pleasant as they were over the phone. I was given a very thorough tour of the facility and was confident me items would be safe in their facility.

Very friendly employees. Explained every question I had, which was a lot as this was my first experience with storage facilities. Took the time to show me different sizes and prices. It took no time at all and I was ready to move in.

Registration and check in was a breeze. I was brought to my potential unit to ensure that it would meet my needs. The hours of operation with access to my unit daily combined with a very good rate just couldn't be beat. The enclosed loading dock, access to hand trucks, and elevator makes it easy and quick to get the car unloaded and items brought to storage even on a cold wet day. i would highly recommended.

Very close to my apartment, convenient, clean and friendly staff. Was easy to move everything in, the garage bay, and carts were a huge help.

Ability to see rates online, ability to reserve online. They even called to verify my reservation. Paperwork was pretty efficient, customer service was excellent. facility is convenient and clean. I am very happy.

They need to upgrade computer system. Paperwork took 45 minutes

Spent two hours getting the lease done. Some sort of computer system issue. Not frustrated about that. Staff did a great job handling the situation.

I am happy about the facility The woman that checked me in wrote the wrong unit number on my card so I had to try all the locks in my roll until I found the right unit Disappointed in that Also told me as I was checking in that the lock would be gratis if I got the insurance but charged me anyway
