This is my second storage facility experience. Prior experience, dirty... air con was often turned off... cockroach infested!! This Self Storage Unit, in Jessop Columbia MD, I give ***** I is as clean as a whistle! Move in uncomplicated, codes etc well documented, and so far air-con always on :-)

I gave a 3 star because I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t asked whether I wanted a top or bottom unit. I arrived at the facility to find Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d been assigned a unit that could only be accessed by a ladder. I had heavy boxes to lift. When I asked for it to be chanced I was given a lower one which was still high for me. I had to unpack my boxes and repack them to make it easier to move in. It will be better customer service to ask first.

So far, I am pleased. The building is clean, there could be more lighting, but it is bright and the lights come on as you walk down the hall. The manager was courteous, friendly and thorough.

So far so good. I like the unit and the entire building. It is clean and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any problems. Even the online process was easy!
