Public Storage - Fort Washington - 9200 Livingston Road

My unit has only lights from hallways . Also 2pieces of sheetrock missing from ceiling of my unit. I was later told that lights were off in the row of my unit..??

The facilty looks great and the pricing was great The manager was nice thanks

I would like to thank Tierney for being the most hospitable, accommodating and courteous Public Storage associate! She so graciously took the time to perfectly explain and go through the best options for my storage needs all with a genuine smile on her face. Tierney walked with me to the unit asking relevant questions and explained how I could fit all of my furniture in the unit.. She is extremely friendly and funny! She is well versed on Public Storage policies and is most definitely an asset to the corporation! Thanks for the amazing service you provide for customers!

The Customer Service I received from Ms. Tierney I feel went beyond the scope of her job description. Ms. Tierney's excellent professionalism with me let me know she shines bright for every customer that has ever walked in that door during her shift. Oh yes I must add on the phone as well. I cancelled but, her C. S. skills got me there before 3pm to see first hand how a Diamond out of the Rough shines so brightly! Great customer service! The property manager was thorough, polite and friendly. He chose a unit for me that would be easy to access. I feel like the location is secure and safe. I trust my belongings there.
