Extra Space Storage - 3033 - Frederick - Patrick St

My only issue was the gate did not initially open when i pulled up to leave. It was now after 10 so i honestly thought i might be stuck inside...after backing up the automatic gate-opening was triggered so i was able to leave. It might be helpful to hace some signage regarding the gate so customers DO NOT panic. I was about to park my card to the side and call for an Uber.

Buildings are clean and easy to access, convenient gate hrs, space is easy to find and I rented it online with no issues. Best price by like $30 compared to anything else local!

The assistant manager is really good with deaf people.

Staff was great. Great Customer Service. Despite the conditions with Covid 19 they really helped explaining all needs and answered all questions. Space needed had a special price so that really helped. Definitely recommend if needed.

Need a light inside my 5×5. Smells a little like mildew, though I didn't see any. Kinda humid inside the building, & inside my container. Overall though, I am satisfied! Thanks Uncle Bob!

The price for a 5x10 place was really good. The customer service was pretty good too. They needed a card copy of my insurance, and she was willing to work with me by having my insurance fax over my information. She even stayed late to help me. The place does smell like mold, and there's a huge crack in my storage room so you can see the floor below. But it's not a huge issue.

Only issue I had with experience and that Bob's; and evidently most companies; now require insurance on the space. It is not mentioned at all on their website nor anywhere during the Sparefoot reservation. Only once emailed with confirmation is it mentioned and ended up costing me $10 above the advertised rate.
