The manager was very accommodating and helpful with helping me reserve the right size unit for my furniture. He was friendly and provided great customer service. He even helped me find someone to fix the faucet in the bathroom at my house when I needed it done right away but could not find anyone. Amazing! So helpful.

I have rented storage space at Public storage few times in the past few years. My experience has always been the same. Very friendly quick and easy. They go over all the details and have the best prices around. And probably most convenient locations. They have plenty of different options for rental needs

The sign-up process was easy, did most of it on-line. They called and confirmed my appointment with-in minutes of signing off the site. The appointment was flexible as I wasn't sure about the exact time I could make it. Once there I was in and out in less than a half hour, this included showing me the gate operation and inspecting the storage unit. The place was clean, an elevator and cart to help get to the second floor. Everything was done on my lunch break. They even followed up to see that all was well, fantastic customer service!

I decided to check out Public Storage after searching storage units on the internet. When I walked into the office on Prospect Blvd in Frederick MD, I was greeted by Zachary. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. After touring the facility, I knew that this was the right place for me. In addition to the great customer service, I noticed that the facility was clean and secure. I highly recommend Public Storage for all of your storage needs.
