When opening my storage unit half of the ceiling was missing. The facility was not plowed of snow. This location was on a hill and that piece road was a sheet of ice. It tricky getting down and worse leaving up the hill. The 20 truck got stuck a few time just just moving the the facility getting to the unit and leaving. Very poor conditions and dangerous.

The rental process was easy, and Kristen was helpful throughout the whole process. I found a cheaper price online and they honored it. Facility is clean with easy access. I particularly like the website because it's well organized and you can perform all your tasks there (paying, insurance, canceling, etc.)

Their customer representative was efficient and friendly. She gave me good advice regarding the size of storage unit I needed and demonstrated how to operate the locks and gate. The door is for my unit is a little quirky, but I received help quickly when I requested it when I made a return visit several days later. I am very pleased with the service I have received this far

I paid for a new storage unit on July 31, 2018. I received a call from Public Storage saying that my payment was late for August. The employee was confused and didn't know why I was billed. He told me that he would call me back. I didn't receive a call back.
