Our office need some storage space while we completed renovations. Jennifer and the whole Public Storage facility process made it easy to schedule an inspection, and sign up for a unit. You need only take it for as long as necessary. The facility is convenient and easily accessed.

Great customer service. Only negative is the front gate has been down for some time and it would be convenient and easier if you could drive up and not have to get out of your car to put in code.

It's a typical storage place; gated and clean. However, there was broken glass in the drive near my building, and it was still there the next day when I brought stuff to my unit.

The facility is only a few years old so it's nice. Access hours are too limited and they lock up the carts after office hours (I'll never understand why since they're behind security doors and under video surveillance) so if you need to move anything heavy you need to plan for that. In the "climate controlled" area, the only part of the climate that is monitored is temperature. Humidity levels are routinely over 60%, which is perfect for cultivating mold on your stored items. For small items that you want to keep mold free, you can put them in a sealed container with some damp rid, but for larger items like furniture you may be taking a risk. The facility has a distinctive, possibly mold-related, smell (also in the climate controlled area) that sticks to items stored there. If you're sensitive to things like this, you'll want to vacuum pack anything you're storing there.

I was very pleased with the professional attitude that your staff displayed on both times I was there! Initially, when I signed for the unit that my son had reserved for me, and secondly, when I requested for a second unit in close proximity to the first unit. Christy, in particular, went out of her way to provide me with the additional unit.

Overall great. However, the security gate was broken the last two times I visited.

Excellent facility, very competitive rates, and a proactive, attentive staff. They went to the trouble to call and inform me when they would be doing accessibility construction just in case I might need to access my storage space when the work would be taking place.

I made a reservation over the phone, so when I got tot he location all my info was set up for me. So I just looked over the unit and signed my paperwork. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The employee was nice and knowledgeable.
