Customer service really seems to be a thing of the past. Dealing with most companies nowadays is an exercise in frustration. So I was really surprised and delighted when I contacted SpareFoot in my search for a storage unit near me. The first surprise is you actually reach a person without sifting through 20 minutes of an automated phone system. Whoda thought when you call a company you might actually want to talk to a person? Their representative went out of her way to search a number of storage units in the area to find me the best deal. She was also as helpful and friendly as she could possibly be. Ultimately I went with CubeSmart Self Storage at 300 Old Game Preserve Road. Once I connected with CubeSmart, they were also the nicest, most helpful people I've dealt with in a really long time. They made the process as smooth as possible and both CubeSmart and SpareFoot reached out to me afterward to make sure everything went as planned. I could not be happier (and more relieved). Thank you so much to both companies for the excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend you both in the future.

Facility is neat and clean and adequately climate controlled for hot summer. The agent, John, was helpful with info on the facility, insurance, and payment options.

They were very up front about the month to month nature of the facility and the process they'll take with late payments and foreclosures. Talking to some others about that process, be careful if you're not sure you can make the payments. Month to month rentals make it much easier to foreclose on you.

Bree was very friendly and informative. Definitely seemed to have my best interest in mind. Elevator floor is damaged and should be replaced, other than that the facility is great!

I like this facility, the only thing that surprised me was a $12 insurance charge which was unexpected. Not 24 hours but I like knowing people can't come and go at all hours.

Deciding to put my life into a storage unit was very difficult. Finding a reasonably priced unit was somewhat easier. Moving into the unit, though, just couldn't have been easier. Everyone made everything so simple; I wish life could be like that. *sigh*

I was just very happy to get a cheaper deal than the $100 I was previously paying for a 5x5 unit. The guy at the front desk was very kind and made sure there were no gimmicks involved for such a cheap price.

Manager Elrod was very friendly and professional. Just began storage and feel confident I chose the right place. Before deciding I visited Public Storage but Cubesmart is cleaner and staff was so much better at customer service.

I rented the unit online and filled out most of the paperwork online. When I arrived, the staff went out of their way to give me a unit that is easy to access. Everything was clean, safe and so very easy! I moved in using the carts they provided. The price is the best I found among the local storage units. Overall, I am very pleased!

I needed to rent a storage unit on short notice. I reserved a unit online and moved my belongings in the same night! The manager was very helpful and I was able to buy moving supplies onsite. There was plenty of parking and many moving carts available. I was very happy with CubeSmart!

Using the internet, it was very easy to locate the storage facility, and reserve the storage unit size that met my needs (climate controlled and near my home). I received several email confirmations about my reservation and move in date – almost too many. When I arrived at the storage facility the customer service was excellent. I was provided an excellent tour of the facility, with an explanation of their security features, including security coded after-hours access. While on the tour I also learned about their pricing structure, billing, late fees, and ultimate unit auctions for deadbeats. The facility is fairly new, well maintained, clean, and has easy access to your storage unit. One thing that I learned on the tour and is NOT mentioned on their website, is that the online discounted rate only lasts for 6 months. But, 6 months is better than nothing and their full rates after the 6 month period is still a little cheaper that their competitors. All-in-all, I would recommend this storage facility based on my initial experience.

Place is kept clean. It is convenient to access. Climate controlled.
