Good inexpensive facility with attentive customer service.

Inexpensive, but maintenance is inconsistent. One building was very clean, another has leaves and dirt in the hallways.

I was able to both fill out forms and start my rental same day. My husband and I are locally moving and expecting a baby and we were really feeling the time crunch. Tony was incredibly helpful and friendly and I felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location!!

I am very happy with the facility. The staff was very courteous and professional. The site is very clean. I do however wish there were a dolly available to move heavier items to my unit.

Parking spot boundaries and designations need to clarified.

Manager was very helpful and the unit was clean.

Parking space was long as advertised, if not quite as wide, with somewhat ill defined margins. Space for backing up trailer was sufficient if not excessive. Customer service was very good, but corporate should consider issuing staff with a metal detector to use between renters. Upon returning the first time, found one of the rear tires on my dual axle trailer completed deflated with a screw and a nail in it. Based on the location in the rear tire, and the fully inflated condition of the tires when it was parked a couple days earlier, I suspect that the hardware had been hiding in the gravel among other debris from previous renters.

I am totally satisfied with the entire move in process of my goods to my assigned storage unit. The staff were terrific to deal with and the process was effortless.

The staff members were very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and curtious, the facility was very clean and the 10X10 storage unit was the perfect size to meet my needs and for a good price.

CubeSmart isn't conveniently located and storage in general is relatively expensive, but CubeSmart beats their competitors prices. The lockers are clean and the management is fair.

The units are great, the prices are amazing, but one of the workers....Г°ЕёЛњВЎ. I was told one thing by one manager and I agreed upon the conditions of my move in. Well the day I was suppose to move in, the manager that I had the agreement with was not there to unlock my unit. So I called and didnt get an answer, I went to the front office and called and I didn't get an answer. I knocked and a lady came out of the back with a very annoyed facial expression. I explained to her the situation and she had the nastiest attitude. I didnt become aggressive with her until she became aggressive with me. Im sure she is probably the only problem there. Other than that, my move was easy, the original manager was friendly and flexible, I really appreciate her customer service.

I was looking for the $1 first month fee for rent but it was not offered.

Easy check-in. If you don't want insurance make sure you bring proof of yours. Somewhat confusing and third party insurance so employees not sure about cancelling.

Jade was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning - when I first inquired about a storage unit - and up to the end when reviewing the lease. Property is in excellent condition. We were very pleased overall.

Quick process and I feel my belongs are secure

While I did spend longer on paperwork than anticipated -- there were computer problems that day, and I had to leave and come back -- the facility is in excellent condition. Note that you will be required to sign up for mandatory insurance, which adds to the cost of the rental. It was a minimal cost, but this does add to the price of the rental.

After considering numerous storage facilities, I was pleased with the service and value.

I don't need to go into detail why I have storage but it was not a happy reason. It just warms my spirit each time I stop in the office or see one of the managers on the property. They are always happy! Lol... They make me smile and will let u vent if needed. They are alway helpful... Jade is new and nice but the manager Ky is my favorite. Thanks!

I NEEDED a storage unit yesterday and got caught in traffic and checking prices. They close at 6pm on weekdays, I pulled up at 6:10pm... hoping to not be too late. And even though the door was locked, when Ky saw me walking up, she opended the door. And i didnt get that "ur my last customer ur making me stay late...ugh" attitude. She greeted me with a smile and took time to rent to me.

they need to a better deal with the truck usages ---the time line is not good and they wont allow you to drive on their insurance nor do they allow you to purchase insurance for the truck. did not use the units do to this reason----not everyone has car insurance if they dont own a car duh
