The on-site manager was very clear and helpful. Security looks good and the locker I was shown to was clean and easily accessible.

Slow response time to requests. Climate controlled is not accurate. Management attitude on site for lack of customer service is clearly noticed.

There should be a lot more hand carts so that unit renters can move belonging to their storage units. There should be at least 2 on each floor. And there are not but 2 in the building that I saw. Also, better lighting inside building to be able to see inside storage units is needed.

My stuff was fine, nothing was harmed when I went to take everything out because the unit was no longer needed. HOWEVER, the gate doesn't work so all day and all night anyone can come in. Also, it smells like weed inside the building where the units are so it makes me think that people are hiding in the same place I'm trusting my stuff to be safe. There's also almost no one at the office when I want to make a payment or something. Whenever there is someone, though, they were very nice and professional. Which is why I'm giving them 3/5. Customer service=5 stars. Cleanliness=5 stars. Security....=1 star

gate doesn't work, auto doors do not work, roll up door doesn't work. Location was the only thing that brought me here.
