This is my first time renting a storage unit. I am pleased by the organization and the cleanliness. I appreciate that the lights are on motion sensors and turn on/off automatically. I especially appreciate that the facility has security monitors on all floors for safety. I also appreciate that there is a restroom available in case that need arises when in the storage area.

Not happy that they want you to move your stuff out so they increase the rent or your unit every 6 months to try to get people out. Certainly don't plan for long term storage. My rent went from $84 per month to $105 per month (25% increase!)after 6 months and it will go up again after another 6 months! My smaller unit just went from $42 to $51 (25% increase!) per month with a one month notice. Will be moving out.
