Love our space! Drive right up; like a garage, makes it sooo easy! Phone staff are amazing. Only thing missing was a working light that we will pick up today. I def recommend this facility!

IT WAS THE CHEAPINESS PRICE FOR THE AREA, SALES PERSON WAS VERY INFORMATIVE.

The online application was easy enough. The space assigned to us was as described. My only grip is about the purchase of the locations lock. The paperwork indicated that you could take it back if you didn't need it and the fee could be returned or applied to next months fee. The employee refused to accept the lock back (we had already purchased our own in preparation of obtaining a unit) and now we have two locks. I suppose there are worse things but it is a bit irritating...

Sam was very helpful with everything great customer service.

The smallest of claw hammers could open the the door; fortunately I am storing nothing of value. There are no cameras in the buildings and none inside my unit, so it is pitch dark. When signing up they say insurance is required, that "It is a state law," but they don't say that your own insurance might suffice. Only when asked was I told that the rate would go up.

Our unit was clean. It would have been helpful to know it was in a smaller building with low ceilings etc. to better plan to fit our couch in there. When you book online you cannot tell what kind of facility the unit is in. The woman at the desk was very friendly and asnwered all of our questions.

Customer service was great, only thing I would suggest is to get more lighting inside the storage buildings, We had to use my cell phone to see what we were doing.

The representatives were great, very pleasant and was really good with information. The reorestatives made my experience feel really good. They are happy people.

I highly recommend this storage company , next time you need one !the only concern I had was the height of the fence , since you could see that some one has been climbing over it

My husband and I went on a Sunday we needed to get a 15 by 15 climate control unit. We found that the climate control buildings doors were not seal properly and one door was actually hit by a vehicle and bent to wear it didn't even close or lock. You could smell the mildew within the building. Although the staff was very nice the gentleman working did not know much about the property at all he said he was new and he was also training somebody which we found to be very strange. Why have someone new who doesn't know quite what they're doing training someone else? he also advised me the property have been broken into recently after I asked him about security and if there were any issues I appreciated him not lying to me but found that for the price of the unit I was willing to rent this place was very old and in dire need of repair. Our plan was to rent the 15 by 15 for 6 months to a year but we are just going to rent for a month or two there and move our items to another property that was in better condition.I wish that public storage would invest some money in this property to get it fixed it is in dire need of repair and because I used to work with in the industry these things need to be fixed in order to secure the building as apparently there is problems within the neighborhood with break-ins. Mildew was huge concern and with the doors not being secure it will definitely continue to be a problem until those doors can close and lock.

It's been a good experience, very friendly staff. The only suggestion I have is going to harbor freight with a 20% coupon u can pull up on your phone, and puchasing a small, flat bed, hand cart. It cost me $25 & really made my storage experience much easier. The storage facility themselves have been great to deal with.

It's always a pleasant experience when I go into this this place. The staff always so helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Sam, Pam, and Kim. I went in with a worry and came out with a smile and my problem solved. It was also nice when Sam made mention that she hadn't seen me in a while. I usually use auto pay all the time and never have a need to go into the building much. But as a customer, it's nice to know that I'm remembered and not just a number.

Very clean facility, Very professional staff on hand to help.

The staff are very polite and helpful towards all your needs but the gate to get in sucks. They need a new keypad to get in they gate, it's worn out and if you have any 5's in your access code geez you will b outside for ever, you have to press really REALLY hard in order for it to work. Other than than its a well lit secured building and I will highly recommend.

Public Storage is the place I would go to store my things every time. The customer service us off the hook. They actually took the time to make sure I understood the contract. They patiently answered my questions. And I had a few. They took me around to the rental unit because I was having a hard time walking. Their overall customer service was great. On that day and the days after I was glad I left my items in their facility.

My experience was good. Kara is very efficient! She explained everything! However, there wasn't an answer for "I have renter's insurance; will this cover the insurance YOU want me to buy?" $11.00 a month extra, added to bill. I was expecting to pay about $ 50.00 a month; it shot up to $67.00. Also, when you call, or browse online; it's a serious ethical omission Public Storage people (or online website's) don't advise you to bring a good, reliable lock with you when you "move in." You are charged extra for that, too. OK. It's a quality lock. However, it would be far more ethical to advise people "moving in," about bringing a lock! with them! so they can save on expenses.
