I really enjoyed my experience with extra space storage because of a Young Man by the name of Jay. He was so helpful to me and so patient with me as being an older woman. He answered all my questions. And, the day of my move in, he even took me to my storage and had a lock available for me if I needed one. Yes, I did need one. The second day I came to the storage, I mistakenly left my phone in the bathroom and the storage room building, and he walked over to open the door for me so I could get in and get my phone. So thank you so much Jay for being such a great guy.

I had prior experience with another Extra Space facility in another location and was satisfied. Transferring to the Hanover outlet for a slightly larger unit was smooth and professional. The place was clean and secure with very competitive pricing. Anthony did an extraordinary job of explaining my options including canceling my old service on-line. Highly recommended.
