I did not know about the 10pm shut off and there were a lot of dead bugs in my unit

Overall a good experience. My only complaint is that there was no one in office when we got there but the QR code brought me to all the right steps. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find a dolly cart to move my things but everything worked out alright.

It was good for what I need it More professional team is need. When they call me they sound bored and with a bad mood

Overall, the customer service upon initial arrival was amazing. She was very friendly and very helpful. Additionally, the unit I moved into was cleaned and perfectly ready for a new arrival. The only negative would be that the monthly price for this unit is above the average price for units, however, the location and customer reviews sealed the deal for my decision to stay here.

Cube smart is GREAT, there is clean, spacious, to and in a good area of the city of Maryland.

The storage space itself was okay, not very clean but will suffice.

Very nice staff working under covid(thank you!) and easily accessible ground floor units.

There are not enough carts available. I had to unload without a cart. Major inconvenience.

Denise the GM is amazing. She is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I was super impressed with her customer service, even while handling an entire group of customers all at once. She is a rockstar at her job.

My only complaint, and it's an easy thing to change, is that you do not provide a Sr. citizens discount or hold off on raising unit prices to those of us on very limited incomes. Consider this, please.

the cube storage that I left is trying not to give me my money back but I'm still waiting to see, 3 different representative gave me 3 different misinformation that all was incorrect I found out later. everyone should be on the same page. It is 1 gentleman that is helping me name Mr. Keller over at Taylor street, I have to follow up with him on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, I pray he can help me get my money since it was cube storage personnel that didn't give me the right information. Mr. Keller explained to me step by step how everything goes so I will know in the future.

The fire alarm stays on beeping.They said because of a bakery next door. I went there at night and it was still beeping. It's very annoying especially when it over your storage space.

I dont like the fact that having insurance isn't optional. It should be the customers choice if he or she wants to have their belongings insured.

I needed temporary storage for items and found a great promo for a free month. The prices were also better than most if not all I previewed.

My wife and I stored our things here for several months. The prices are good and include everything except insurance (around $10/month) and tax. Only one floor so no slow/unavailable elevators. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was my first experience with storage, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was a very straight-ahead process, clean, and easy to use, with good customer service. I would of course like it to be cheaper, but this was the best value for location I found.

I made a reservation for a unit and coming from work could not make it until right before closing hours. The GM was very accommodating and professional. Units are clean and convenient for access. I have not had an issue moving on my own as carts are available.

I was treated very well by Frederick and Nicole who were filling in for the store GM and don't actually work at this site. The storage unit was very clean and the site is very secure.

The process was very easy and the facility was nice other than we had to wait an excessive amount of time for an employee to return to the office, complete with a major attitude.

Lillian was extremely helpful to us in securing a unit. She went above and beyond to help us Get the unit we wanted

The Cubesmart Manager walked me through the move-in process, telling me what we needed to do. Appreciated her communicated what I could expect. Everything was very straight-forward and the process was very very smooth!!!

Nice place, nice people. My one complaint is that they require you to buy their insurance or send them a copy of your renter's insurance policy. This is totally bogus and constitutes a hidden fee in my view - why should I be required to insure my stuff if I don't want to? Maybe I'm storing a bunch of crap I don't care about. They should be required to build this ridiculous insurance fee into their quotes on selfstorage.com.
