Very fast and convenient Love the extra safety

Everything is great. Just wish it had 24 hr access.

Easy asset to storage bins, clean environment, very secure. If I may suggest place signs given directions to your bin such number of the bins.

The staff are very friendly, the storage space is big enough and convenient. But the access is only 6am-6pm (12 hours) I feel as though paying monthly I should have 24 hour access to my unit.

The units bulding dirty smell like dead body om 3 floor i was so scared

Everything was smooth and easy. While I was driving to DC, I called the national phone number and the nice woman identified the closest location to the University of Maryland campus in College Park, MD, and she held a storage unit for me. Then, about 5 minutes later, the manager of that location (Xander) called me to confirm. He was as nice and helpful as he could be, which was especially appreciated as this was a very busy weekend to move things in or out of storage. The process was simple, the summer rate discount had gone into effect, and the whole experience was very smooth. Well done!

I had a pleasant experience. Leigha was very patient and professional. Leigha was extremely informative. I came with a lot of questions and she answered everyone with a smile. Her customer service skills where beyond the 5 stars. Thanks again Leigha for all your help

Rob was amazing , thank you for your assistance and your expertise!! Great experience !! He was very knowledgeable and had an amazing personality, i dont normally do reviews but he really made it a point to make sure my stuff would fit and that i was given the right expectations for what my bill would be for the time frame given. He even went as far as to let me know what it would be if i needed to keep ot longer, and after the week i had i def. Appreciated his kindness and conversation. don't change Rob!!!

The Facility Manager, Ron, was very helpful. He provided a thorough overview of the rules & regulations. He provided a cart for me and was enthusiastic with providing excellent customer service.

The stafff at the Chillum Road location is very professional and courteous. The Manager Ron was very helpful and explained evertything I needed to know when I obtained a storage unit.
