I'm Just leaving the PS property on 3005 kenilworth avenue and I would have to say I would recommend anyone who's looking for a safe place to store their valuables please go there and see Mr. KEVIN he was AWESOME! Very informative and straight forward. Im writing this review as I just vacated the property because I want everyone to know I've been there for a few months hassle free. Thanks all to him!! I will definitely only be doing business with them!

I received 5-star service by Property Manager Kevin at Public Storage. He was attentive to all of my storage needs and questions. He remembered details about the phone conversation we had days before my scheduled appointment. In today's 95 degree weather, Kevin had no problem giving me a proper tour of my reserved storage space. This is the first time I have been in public storage and the employee respect and care about how we fill and want they taken time out and explain everything without making me fill I have to fuse every time when we ask a question about anything we don't understand and its not smelling or dirty in there and the employee on the phone fussing with there boyfriend and we waiting Im so happy that there new people there it clean and neat and organized in there now and the employee are so respectful and always asking do we understand the paper work and if i dont they never complain always welling to help us thank u public storage for your wonderful employees
