I chose this facility after calling and checking other facilities for availability and price. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had my locker for long but the service I received was excellent. The price was very reasonable. The paperwork was minimal, because you can do it on line at your convenience. The locker was cleaned and the hours of access was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The employee who checked me in (Anthony?) was EXCELLENT. He is very warm, personable, and friendly. The last storage place I used (Mini U Storage in Columbia) was run by robots - no smile, no customer service. The Columbia place is much closer to my house, but your customer service makes it worth the drive.

The employees were fun and professional. The units were well maintained and clean. I was moving into my unit in very little time. Manny was very helpful in helping me select a spot that fit my storage needs.

One of the few reasonably priced storage around the area. The paper work was fast and staff are friendly. The storage units are conveniently placed for ease of access.

Excellent facility, very clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, they drive you to the unit to show you around before signing anything. Staff took the time to explain every detail, which we appreciated. Had to switch to a bigger unit on move-in due to having more stuff than we realized, staff was more than accomodating. When doing my pricing, CubeSmart was higher than other options in the area. I now know why. Will absolutely use them for any storage needs in the future.

This storage facility is well run, however make sure you call before you go to move in to make sure someone is there. The staff will take you to the unit and show it to you to make sure it is the right size. My unit was a little dusty but that was fine. After that you fill out the paperwork and pay. They have good deals and the staff is very helpful. Also you can purchase storage insurance and locks on site. The locks are pricier then you would find at the Lowes or Home Depot down the road. Overall the process was smooth.

The crew made my time there, very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends.

I was pleased with the employees and the speed of checkin. The facility is very secure and unit was clean. Really love that you can drive inside to the climate controlled units. I also noticed that they are up higher so there is about zero chance of flooding. Feel good with my stuff being there.

I have stored my belongings here before and that is why I am coming back. Its safe, extremely secure and clean! I received great customer service from Dwayne Stewart, he is very professional, polite and knows his product.

What a great experience. I checked out the unit I reserved and needed to move to the next size up. My guy got me to the next unit, got me into the moving truck, and got me out of there! Loved it.
