This is such a well designed unit. Tall ceilings are a surprising benefit, on site customer service is fantastic.

This location was cleaner than a nearby one. Staff was excellent and directed me to their mobile app to use to enter through the gate. Great idea!

The price on the unit went down 2 weeks after I rented it but my main issue is that no one returns telephone calls. I got in a bind and needed another unit and could not reach anyone at this location so I had to look elsewhere. Ridiculous to have to go to 2 different locations because someone at this location can't be bothered neither answering the phone or returning calls when messages are left. Plus extra 25.67 was taken out of my account and no one has ever explained why. I paid for the lock and admin fee when I got the unit so what is this amount for?

I was very happy and pleased with my experience. The young man was very informative, helpful and courteous. Thank him again for me please.

Tucked away...can be a little tricky to find but worth it. Please note they do start shutting down EARLY! Got to the door one day at 5:20pm and closing was at 6:00pm...GHOST TOWN! When they are there, they are good people. Most storage places have fairly tight lanes...this one you can easily get 3 cars wide to almost 4 between storage rows...and they have a clean rest room!

The location that I made the decision to store my belongings was clean and the manager was very professional. She explained every detail regarding my expenses, hours of operation and she made me feel I made the right decision selecting Public Storage in Laurel, Md. I will recommend this location to anyone.

Cameo and Marlin were found to be very attentive and informative. When informed that the lights were out in the hallway of our unit, they were replaced immediately. We found them to be understanding when we said we were moving out things out. They were very thorough with the proper procedures and policy on how to leave the unit. The place was easy to access but I would certainly recommend some rodent proofing around the facility.

Dropped in to pay my friends monthly bill for him and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Ms.Cameo! Very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! I normally never do reviews but yesterday I was really pleased and impressed! I hope this reaches her, keep up the good work

I went in today after a hectic day to get a storage unit. Marcus and Denario were there and were very professional. I could tell one of them were still in training but that didn't stop him from providing me with excellent customer service. They showed me all my options and even helped me protect my items while in storage. They have all types of packing supplies here. Thank you Marcus and Denario for all your help making my moving day way less chaotic than it was.

Latisha was absolutely wonderful - from the first phone call to the last meeting to end my rental contract! She had a positive attitude and was informative and very accommodating - which was quite helpful in relieving my stress since I needed to get a large unit for a last minute move. I highly recommend this public storage facility.

I had a great experience renting my storage unit today. Latisha was extremely friendly and professional not only did I get exceptional service I got a great laugh. Denario was friendly and helpful as well. They are a great team and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

Good staff and all, but safety and security of items are not ensured, as people's properties get broken into more often than acceptable. Need to install cameras all around

Grounds are well kept, good location, great customer service at the site.... Only thing I can complain against is the fact that I was told by corporate that the district manager would contact me within 48 hours in regards to feeling obligated to sign a contact at a price quoted as "the best deal" and 2 days later the price drops almost $40.... Haven't heard anything from the manager, and certainly I'm not sure how many ppl would be happy about being told the rate will not go down and encouraged to book at a higher rate... Now that I'm locked in I feel as though the attitude is "you either move all of your belongings out and continue at this price for the remainder of the month, or be quiet and happy with the forced rate".... Not cool at all.

I had a great experience with the Public Storage location I selected. I visited 4 within a 10 mile radius and felt the most comfortable with the one I selected off Cherry Lane. The customer service was great and I was able to sign the contract quickly. But, just a few notes for next time: - I had to get insurance on the spot, so wasn't able to check with my local insurance provider for better rates. - My unit had mouse/rat droppings. The manager quickly cleaned them up, but would have been great if the unit were cleaned before I arrived. - I had to purchase the lock you had on site, so even though the 1st month was only $1 after having to use your insurance provider, purchasing your lock, and the $25 fee - I ended up paying close to $70 for the 1st month.

I am very pleased with the Public Storage facility my items are safe and secured.
