I started renting a storage space with Public Storage in March 2020 in Raleigh North Carolina. The management teams are very kind and professional. I was provided with all the assistance needed on time. Now, when I needed to rent a storage space in Maryland, I did not hesitate to look for Public Storage. The price is very interesting and I also like the company's policy. The local is secure and clean. I will have no hesitation in recommending anyone this place or company.

I came and bought packing supplies for college and met Ms Learaine! She was so friendly and knew exactly what I should buy! When I'm ready to store my college stuff I will go back to her! Thank you again.

Learaine was amazing she took care of everything I needed, she never rushed me even when I looked at more than 5 storage rooms. She was patient, and made this a great experience! She keeps the property extremely clean would recommend!

Latisha has a very inviting personality that would definitely brighten up your day. I came in with an issue and Latisha was able to help me solve it. Latisha is very knowledgeable of Public Storage policies. When I walked in she was treating the customer before me very polite, that shows you how personable she is and was with me as well as others. Public Storage Latisha is an asset to your company, you don't find customer service as good as hers was today anymore. Thank you public storage for having a great person on your team!

I am a stickler for customer service and Latisha is above and beyond the best! Her approach is reminiscent of ordering an Americano and getting a Venti Pumpkin Latte in May ---you get more than you bargain for and when you least expect it! She's has a great personality and is not only protective of your stuff but of YOU as a person. She saw me through a minor crisis minutes to closing and I am truly grateful! Keep up the good work and hang in there this winter Lady!

The storage facility seems to be adequate for my needs and the property manager was very nice and understanding when I showed up late to my initial appointment. I had not been using this facility for even a week when I was requested to write a review, which is the only reason I am not giving it five stars. I really can not say anything about the long-term qualities of this storage facility.

Great staff, horrible hours, don't like how you have to get out your car to get in the gate but decent facility overall.
