My visit was very pleasant. Great customer service. I just don't appreciate the fact that possessing property insurance wasn't an option since I have homeowners insurance.

I am pleased to have a storage facility that has reasonable prices regardless of your zip code.

Came to get a storage facility and met with the Manager of that particular facility. I told him what I wanted and he immediately advertised the available units vacant in the system. I selected the unit and as to have my payment be done Automatically every month, he set it up and also ensure I had a quality lock just in case the little lock I had wouldn't be broken into as easily as the Masters Lock he included in the bill. Verified I had insurance, which I did through All-States as a Renter insurance. From there we finalize the initial cost and immediately process the paperwork and payment on the storage unit. Happened within 20 mins. Excellent Job on getting that done quickly, efficiently and having a full knowledge of your product!

They are the friendliest people that I have dealt with when moving. I wasn't pushed into anything and they have answered my questions and helped when I needed help. All the supplies you they have their on site which made packing and storing very easy.
