Asbestos ( insulation)was falling from the roof of unit. I asked the rep was he going to fix it. He said, what do you want me to do?” “Pull it down, it’s just insulation”.

The only thing I HATE is no lighting in the unit and the lights are missing in the hallway.

We have recently moved from FL to MD and needed extra space. We went to the Public Storage at Laurel to store our extra house belongings. The representative at Public Storage, Latisha, helped us greatly to select which unit would be the right size, explained the terms and conditions very clearly, and applied several discounts. We are very pleased with her service. A good thing about Public Storage is that there are not stairs that makes it easy while carrying furniture and the elevators are very convenient and spacious for moving large items. They have a dolly to help with moving multiple items together or carrying furniture with less pain. Overall, I'd strongly recommend using Public Storage!

I had a dilemma all about storage. I'm moving N., and the storage facility(s) up there could guarantee storage space. Hmm. My only resort was to store my goods locally, and perhaps take what will be needed for winter and to come back down after winter to drive my bulk of goods up in spring. So, I went to a very popular and recommended storage facility and although I had 6 weeks before my departure, I had the same issue locally. No storage available with no guarantee for space to become available. I'm now about ready to go crazy as my options are thin. So, I called PUBLIC storage. The rep, could not have been more friendly, and helpful...the timing perfect. One (1) space of my needed footage was available. And the monthly cost was a bit less expensive and the space larger than the other offered. So, I booked it. However, because my initial months cost was only $1.00 did this add to my satisfaction as I had 5 weeks left before my move N. And when I went to secure my space, the on site rep., Mary, was also like minded as was their original phone rep. was with me. I am grateful for Public Storage's service mindedness. Solution, Service thinkers.

I'm very happy with my experience with Public Storage. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and efficient. The location is convenient and close.

The gentleman at the front counter is very friendly and professional. However, since we have been there the dollies/carts had been "stolen" several weeks ago and not replaced and the trash dumpster is chained and locked with only the top lids available. It is very difficult for a short person like me to throw trash away.

This storage is easy to access and easy to use. I highly recommend it.
