Needs a employee on site. With having no on site employee it makes difficult when you need to be helped.

Had an issue I could not resolve. Even though he was extremely busy, Steven was incredibly helpful, kind, gracious, and empathetic. His reassuring manner helped me see a good solution to the issue and helped me feel confident of a good outcome. He has excellent customer service and people skills. If you are looking for amazing customer service as well as a place to store your property, this would be a great place to go.

I am an existing customer. I was having a problem related to my unit and needed some guidance. Although he was clearly extremely busy, Steven took all the time that was necessary to help resolve my issue and he did it with courtesy, empathy, and kindness - even while multitasking! His understanding and willingness to help me with genuine humanity were very reassuring and made my issue so much better.
