The price is a little high I'm supposed to have a9month free but when I got my unit I had to pay 50.00 then I bought a 20.00 lock ,I'm trying to understand why you said first that one month free that was the was said to me and then I had talked to someone on phone and was clueless,she was hard to understand and told me a different price which
