I did the stuff online and when I got there they were nice enough to show me the one I signed up for and a (bigger size per my request). I ended up going with the bigger one to hold lol of my stuff. Went into the office and changed all the paperwork, signed and then put my stuff in storage. Very friendly and helpful staff.
