tried to a rent unit that i had made appointment for 1 pm only to find no one in the office, so i called the no# on the door and other numbers they gave me only to be put on hold 5 or 6 times with no return answer. just left on hold! not sure what happened to the property manager , but customer service was no help..

Saw an special low internet pricing. Reserved. Went to sign up and confirm rent Contract. No stress.

I have had the best experience and money spent at Public Storage of Crofton. They had the best pricing of all the storage centers in the Crofton and Odenton/Fort Meade area. It was about $40 cheaper than competitors.They were super iinformative and customer based-they even worked around my hectic work schedule to make sure I had the best experience offered. Finding a place to rent for your personal items is hard!! I felt that Public Storage not only had the best pricing but also the friendliest staff and easy to use units as well. I can access anytime. I have my own lock and I trust that the customer service desk knows me and will keep good care of my things. I'm thrilled to store my furniture and belongings there and won't go anywhere else!!!

The service was great and very professional. Melanie was wonderful. Great Manager. The access time could be longer but it's okay in my book. Not really sure about the security of items stored as I am a new client.

The young lady here is very friendly & helpful. She made this process so simple and easy. My husband and I was looking to stage our house and needed something accommodating at the right price. She answered all our questions and got it completed quickly. Really good experience

They had the best prices I've found for about 25 miles in any direction. They could stand to improve the paving between storage units but the place is clean and reasonably maintained.

Becky at the Crofton/Gambrills location is amazing. I decided to try again after a first horrible experience and she's made it wonderful.

Came in with my husband today to rent a space and Dominique was very helpful on what size unit to choose. He showed us several units to compare sizes and was very informative. Customer service was GREAT! I would definitely recommend this location anytime as long as Dominique is there.
