This storage unit was perfect for my daughter's items from her dorm. Paperwork was quick and easy. Customer service was awesome

I received excellent customer service from Sparefoot and Storage Mart.

Only problem we had was the elevator door closed too fast. It hit someone that was helping me move and pushed her down.

Overall it was great. A little disappointed that the ground level unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available as I signed up for but happy with the second floor next to the elevator.

The facility is clean and well groomed. It's well lit and they don't use bait and switch pricing games.

Moved into our unit on Saturday with no issues at all!! Tyler helped us get our lease signed and gave us a tour of the facility. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and service.

Clean facility and customer friendly with 24/7 accessibility. Only thing is they showcase the great work they do with Military communities in the store, they should offer Military Discounts.

I signed up for a storage unit last minute. Customer service was great, I had three kids in tow and it was quick and being open 24 hours, it made it very convenient to run a couple items at a time.

Couldn't believe how easy it was to reserve. Tyler at Storage Mart contacted me within 15 minutes of making reservation. Arrived at the facility to find it extremely clean and also very secure. Tyler was extremely efficient in answering all my questions and going over how it all works. Very pleased that I went with Storage Mart!

I have stayed at this facility twice now and both times it has been great. I was recommended by someone who has had a storage unit there for 3 years. My only gripe is the "Prorated" Rent. For a unit that is 85.99 it is $11.00 per day. However, the facility is clean, great units. Well lit. Has easy access for your car and elevator.

Storage unit a little out of the way and could use more utility carts

DO NOT USE. Security system is not reliable. The security system at the gate did not recognize my access code, so I could not get my stuff. This was bad because I had rented a moving van for just the one day. I had to rent the van AGAIN the next day, and I talked to the manager who said that the system recorded my attempts with the correct code, but didn't let me in. I asked the manager to reimburse me for my rental van costs. He denied. The regional manager was unresponsive. There are plenty of places to store your stuff. StorageMart is not the right choice if you value reliability or if you are renting a moving vehicle.

I'm impressed, and I would recommend this place to anyone I know who needs space. It's clean, convenient, and they make getting your junk into and out of your storage place very easy.

just got the storage facility.... the staff was totally awesome, the facility clean and so easy to use!!!!

The service was excellent and the manager (Lisa) was very supportive and I feel that she went beyond her duty to insure my moving experience worked out well. The facility is very clean and paperwork\process was very fast. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.

I would have rated it higher, however when I moved in the unit there was ice covered entrance and it made it very dangerous for the movers and me to walk and get what we needed to do. I am hoping that in the future I do not have the same situation if there is a snow or ice event. They need to make sure that the roads are passable for all the units and not just the ones that are on the "sunny" side of the building.

Hallways & Elevator are very small and the building was in the 50 degree range which was colder than my other storage unit.

I have been looking for a storage facicitly and came upon this one, not knowing anything about it. The people are great, and the facility is very clean and well-kept. I would highly recommend this place again. The prices cannot be beat either!

I really love the drive in garage space for unloading in inclament weather! Staff were very helpful and friendly! very reasonable pricing and they even offered a Military discount!

The lady at the front desk was helpful and showed me around even though I got there at closing. She was nice about it and friendly. Everything was setup when I arrived and I had my things loaded into my unit in less than an hour after arriving. Great!

The lady (Lisa I think) that helped me was great. However, the place seemed understaffed.

I researched storage facilities in the area before going with the cheapest one I could find (nearby). The day I signed my contract, the manager actually dropped the price on a 5x5 by $7. It's a clean, modern, and secure facility at a reasonable price.
