Excellent storage facility! Clean, secure, climate controlled, reasonably priced, and best of all, the property manager--Roosevelt--is a gentleman's gentleman extraordinaire! While I was waiting my turn, I observed him resolving customer questions & issues, competently, & displaying a level of courtesy that is rare these days. He is accessible & knowledgeable but most importantly, does everything with kindness, a smile and a willingness to help to make everything go smoothly. Highly recommend!

I did the check in online and it was fast and easy when I got there and moved my stuff in, I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to see anyone they sent me my code the day before I moved in and my unit number was given to me in the email when I did my reservation, and my lock was in the storage unit waiting it was nice and easy

The staff were very friendly and professional. They showed me the size unit I was inquiring about and didn't try to talk me into a larger more expensive until. I do believe the temperature and humidity in the build was a little high for a climate controlled unit. Will check again the next time I go there.

The attendant Victor that helped me with my reservation was phenomenal!!! During the walk thru the lock that was on the Unit would not work, so we had to return to desk and try again. However, he took the time to assist me and without getting frustrated was very patient. Two young ladies, Tiffany and Yasmin, were very helpful and pleasant as well. This is an "A1" Team for customer service, Thank you. I am so glad I chose this location.

My storage facility. Does not stay clean. Theexterior has trash that stays for week's in samespot. The bathrooms are ne er opened after hours.

This is a great company. This is my second time using them and this location is top notch. Very secure and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maya did a great job making sure that my move in went smooth. It's always clean and carts are always available.

On the day I leased my storage unit, I wasn't able to access the building. After several attempts, I waited until the morning when staff(not the assigned manager) was available to assist me and they did not. Luckily, I did reach the manager later that morning and I was able to access the unit. I was unhappy because during the time I leased my storage unit, I was told I would be able to access it and I wasn't. Going forward PS should make sure all customer access code is operable so they can have accessibility.

I had been shopping for storage because I am selling my house and downgrading. Not only were the staff at Public Storage friendly, informative, and very helpful, the price was awesome. I happened onto it around Memorial Day and was able to take advantage of a deal. when I went there in person, Danielle was AWESOME!!!!!

My biggest issue with the whole process is it is not on the website or was told to me ahead of time on my conversation with the property mgr I needed to carry insurance on my contents in the storage unit. If I was told I would have brought a copy of my rental policy instead I had to pay $11 for insurance I didn't need then bring the policy later and now I have to wait for a check to be mailed to me I'm sorry that is unacceptable

Brianna and Bj are fine examples of how every employee should provide quality customer service to patrons. As a consumer I look for numerous qualities before determining if I will do bussiness with a company such as how the employee present themselves, how knowledgeable they are about the product, and helpful tips and/or budget saving suggestions. Brianna and Bj were able to accomplish all of these qualities and more.
