Your advertisement for first month for $1 is only a limited number of units. A lady who was there said that she had one $1 unit and she was asked to pay long before the month had gone by. I was drawn to you by the advertisement.

The staff onsite at Public Storage were great to work with and they provided us with outstanding customer service. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us in evaluating the size space that we needed, they also provided us with detailed information about storing our belongings. I would have given them 5 stars, except for the fact that the web site does not state that you are required to buy insurance, which is an added monthly costs of at least $11, which is the cheapest insurance plan.

Renting the unit went smoothly. My only complaint is that the actual entrance to load or unload your contents could be larger. There is only one set of doors to use and room for about 3 vehicles.

Clean and usually has carts available. Their hours have been a bit funky though. If you hold a steady job that's no way you'll be able to be there before closing time. Otherwise than the odd hours, it's good.
