Not a happy camper about this place. The gate to get in was not working properly. The reservation was for a unit on the 3rd floor. The elevator did not work so it was very difficult to get the items to the storage locker. YOU GUYS SHOULD OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR THIS!!!

I was very happy with his place customer service was fabulous

I felt harassed by the rep there. He was not forthcoming with much helpful information.

My experience was great as a new customer. Your employee greeted us with exceptional service. She was knowledgeable about my questions and she he great business manners.

This storage unit is decently priced, but it’s clear that is hasn’t been cleaned in months. The floor is dirty and there is a huge pile of unwanted goods/garbage in the back. Some areas also smell like farm animals and it is very hot in the building. The office is abandoned- no one is working there. There is no number to call and no one to help you. It’s very “do it yourself”. My move-in experience was fine; I was the only one on the whole property. But the facility is run down.

The unit was dark with lights not working and 2 units had been broken into with lock broke and stuff littering the pathway. I wanted to return the provided lock and use my own and there was not office open to return lock to. I was told that I would be able to return lock for refund when I moved in.

It would have been helpful to be informed that both bay doors are broken so there's no drive up access available PRIOR to completing my reservation (which took place via phone and then in person). This made unloading a much longer, tedious nightmare

The lady at the front was very helpful and everyone was super friendly. The storage itself is clean and secure, and the price for the unit is very reasonable. The only problem we ran into was a lack of available carts, but other I had a good experience with this Public Storage and would recommend it to anyone also looking to store their things.

After a really bad recent experience with the employee at the Westminster location I figured all Public Storage facilities were run horribly — I was so wrong!! This facility is awesome but Candace’s friendly and professional attitude completely turned my recent negative experience into something positive — I had a lot of questions and she took time to answer everything for me — and she gave me a tour of the facility without asking for my credit card first! I moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the layout and security of the facility and I love that I can drive inside — this facility is worth checking out!!

Easy process to access and unload U-Haul worth of stuff to first floor unit.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll start with the good stuff. The facility is basically brand new and very nice, they have lots and lots of units, so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re looking for. The price is okay. The place is clean, and they have new technology to let you in and out of the facility and to get on the elevators - which are nice and spacious. And they have cameras near the elevators. The bad thing is, it closes at 9pm. I thought it was 24 hrs and because I do a lot of late night work and need my items at a moments notice so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very inconvenient for me. I really think with all of the technology this could be managed well, or at least to close at midnight. The staff donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need to be there for us to get in and out. They also need to train their staff a bit more, because we were given a lot of different information from different people.

From start to move in , everything perfect especially the employees . Tiara and Shakur were personable and knowledgeable. They helped make this transaction smooth and with no confusion or surprises. And the price was right!! Best price I could find and not slacking on cleanliness or safety. Very pleased. Thank you Public Storage! 10/10 recommend!

I rented the unit on line Arriving the first day my access code did not not work. Second day it did not work for me or the attendent. He spent a lot of time working on access's and was very pleasant and professional while doing so He straitened the problem out with a temp password
