So far so good! Donald is great!

Storage facility is of average quality with a good price.

This location was fast and efficient to rent. However staff was not helpful and while there was no trash on premises the place looked overall dingy.

Mr. Ronnie was very helpful and assited me through my registration process to ensure everything was correct.

Your staff member donald that help me was very professional and courtesy in explaining everything I need to know about my storage unit and my payment that's why I gave 5 star's he's a very good worker and he made sure I was comfortable with the unit I selected thank you

Customer service fantastic. Clean bin, tour of same, all specs explained in great detail, and emailed to me by Scott Smith. Scott was Detailed oriented and very personable.

Came in today and Heather was everything plus AmazBalls!!!!! Courteous,insightful,super nice, and informative!!!!! She goes the extra step she supported me with the tools I need to keep my stuff packed property (boxes are on the higher end) however they were totally worth it my mover was like daaaaang thisbare nice boxes lol anyway great job Ms Heather keep up the good job !!!! PS give this girl a raise $$$$$$ she more then earned it!!!!!

The staff was so friendly and fast. I completed most of my paperwork online, so when I arrivedthe whole process took me all of 2 minutes. When I arranged to have my belongings picked up and my account closed I was at work. They took care of me, I got a call just to check and make sure everything was good. Simply wonderful. Fantastic customer service. Especially in a time when customer service is obsolete.
