My experience was great. Check in was fast everything was done I a orderly fashion and staff was excellent. This is my 2nd time with public storage and I'm very satisfied.

Would have preferred an indoor storage unit since that is what I signed up for online. It would be beneficial to disclose all the costs when one signs up for a unit online. There is no mention of having to pay out of pocket for a lock, in my mind it should be automatically provided. You also should not use deceptive verbiage regarding the get a month for $1 promotion. The administrative fees should be stated clearly because it really isn't $1.

I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage. My rep was Erica Holmes. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. She was very efficient and respected my time.

Janae' was so helpful and patient. I changed my mind several time, but she never got impatient with me. She truly is a gem.

Very nice people with great customer service but when it's time to leave Liberty rd. can be challenging!!

Its ok it sudt to expensive for no reason. I hate having to get out of my car to access the key pad for entry. I should just reach out the window and punch the key pad. I have to get out my car in the pouring rain then get back into my car.. but other than that its ok..
