Good experience and great customer service

Made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but the way he acted unprofessionally towards me when I ask for some bit of help. I am expecting somebody higher up to call me because this needs to be resolved ASAP.

Staff was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and very thorough in telling me about facility. Impressed with cleanliness of unit.

The staff is so great, they should be rewarded with incentive bonuses!

Brand new storage building with triple code ( gate, door, elevater) to protect you and your storage room. Very clean, well organized, the higher quality with low price, compere to a Public storage ( I moved out from) I think, this storage company is one of the best on the 21 century market ! Highly recommend!

Zo was very accommodating and does his job well. He is able to handle multiple tasks at once while getting bombarded by multiple customers at a time. Well done Zo! O

Customer service is amazing and they give you all the info others dont. They dont tack on fees every month. What you pay is what you pay yearly. Facility is clean and new. I would recommend anyone to move in.

Parking spaces to load and unload limited. Can be a problem if more than 2 users are there either on upper or lower lot.

Convient distance reasonable price

The facility is in excellent proximity to my house and the price is good.

Moving belongings in to storage is always hectic and sometimes, emotional. It was nice to interact with a professional from Sparefoot who was not only courteous and efficient, but thoughtful enough provide a cart and hold items without my asking. Most important, it was reassuring to see how clean and orderly the storage spaces were. Thank you Sparefoot!

Place it clean and easy to access. Kevin was great in helping me determine the exact size I would need.

I was able to reserve and move in the same day. The facility is less than a year old and spotless - it still has that new car smell. The team was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived. My log-in code didn't work for the elevator, though. In the end they quickly resolved and were able to give me a new code quickly so I didn't delay my move-in. All-around great spot and easy to access from I-270.

I was able to reserve and move in the same day! This facility is brand-new and spotless. They did have some issues with the codes for getting in and using the elevator but the management team was very responsive and help to resolve the issue right away
