Quick and easy got in everything was settled within minutes moved in immediately.

This is like the third or fourth time that I'm answering this. Yes, everything is great. Service is great. Facilities are great.

Assuming that they don't raise my rent after 30 days, I'll continue to use their storage facilities.

The door to the internal units needs to be fixed.

I just rented a space from public storage location #27244 and I was very impressed with the level of care and quality service that was provided. If you need any assistance, be sure to call the manager, Tim N. He made sure to cover any questions or concerns I had and was always looking for the best way he could look out for the customer as well. I even observed him going above and beyond, taking care of the other customers and dealing with both another location and customer service. Yet although he was busy, he greeted me to acknowledge that I was there. It was clear to see that if you rent from this location, you'll be well taken care of.

Facility: clean, no trash in hallways or on outside lot, interiors not dirty or dusty, seems secure and safe. Personnel: Manger Tim is very professional and friendly, going out of his way to be helpful, not a sit-behind-the-desk person. I have only met Tim but both Tim and John are proactive on communicating which is very reassuring. Definitely recommend. Renting a 10x10 unit for 7 months

If you want your storage needs actually taken care of , come to this location and speak with Tim N! He will walk you through all the options, and really help you pick the perfect unit for your storage needs. He showed us multiple units to compare what we actually needed. It's good that even something as boring as helping people find storage units can be done with so much energy. Thank you!

I now have three units at the Public Storage facility on Gude Drive in Rockville, MD. Penny was the first person I dealt with there and she was wonderful. She also helped me with my third unit recently. She is SO nice and always very professional. I was happy to see her again! Bobby helped me with my second storage unit. Bobby is no longer there, but let me tell you....he was also great to work with and as nice as he could be! Recently met Devona...also super nice!!! I highly recommend this particular Public Storage not only because of the great service at the office, but the temperature controlled units are nice and clean!!! I feel very confident having my belongings stored there. Thanks to all!!!!!

I needed short-term storage for my move from VA to MD, the folks I dealt with at Public Storage were friendly and provided excellent customer service, The unit was clean - my only complaint is that the inside bins have a special lock / key that you have no choice but to purchase from them and you can not use it anywhere else once you are done with the unit.
