Public Storage at 5420 Randolph Road is easily accessible, very secure and very clean. The manager met me and took me to my unit. Lock was in the unit and it was very clean. Access code was easy to use after I downloaded the app.

Honestly, this is my first time using a public storage service of any kind, and it has been nothing but great so far! The storage manager (Kekelie) who helped me was fantastic and had great communication skills to lay down all the things I needed to know in order for me to use the public storage service efficiently and cost effectively. I now have peace of mind having my stuff secured and stored safely until I can move in to a new apartment in a few weeks. I highly recommend this location of Publov Storage!

Very polite office rep. I did not like the price, buying my own lock, or the 2nd-month payment being due prior to my move in date (1st of the month grace to the 6th) as I did not need to start using my unit right away and paid for it on the 9th. I am not using it until later this month so feel that I am forced to move more quickly than I was prepared to. The facility is secure and clean, the gate access code was sent right away, and the lighting is ok, if it goes out I can request a new bulb be installed.

So far Ive had an excellent experience with Public Storage. Renting a unit was easy, fast, and very straightforward. The manager at the location I use is very polite, upbeat, and infomative. The only thing I wish could be different is maybe lengthening the gate hours. My partner and I need to access our storage unit pretty frequently and are usually only free later in the evening. Once we even had the gate lock on us and we needed to call customer service to get a code that would let us get out. Other than that I think it is fantastic how super easy it is to set up a storage rental.

The Property manager KC is almost always there to give a helping hand in any of your storage needs. The facility is very secure with gates Best price in town.

We rented a storeroom through Kelly on Randolph Road in Rockville, MD. She was expert, efficient, helpful, and nice. We like the storeroom. It is conveniently-located. We think the security measures are good. No complaints, recommended.

Genuinely happy with the speed of being able to reserve online and move-in within a few hours after. The website should include a notification about the required insurance, as that was an added $11 depending on the coverage you got, when you signed all the paperwork at the location. The rates changed by about $10 within a couple days of looking which was slightly frustrating. Other than that, everything was fine!

The facility is secure, well-managed, and easy to do business with.

KC was AWESOME to work with. He was flexible, accommodating, very helpful, and incredibly easy to work with, making the whole experience smooth in a time where moving can be stressful. The price was unbeatable especially with the current promotion that was going on for $1 month. The space was exactly what we needed. Although I had checked out some other storage companies out there for higher prices with somewhat cleaner spaces available where the floors were spotless and shiny, the service here made everything worth it. (Nothing a little dusting off of the floor couldn't help anyways.) Very satisfied! And thanks, KC! You're awesome! (Not sure I spelled the name right...)
