This is an out-of-town rental for me since my family left the area nearly 10 years ago but left some things stored in our rental house that we just sold. The storage rental was easy to set up online, and the local staff kept in constant contact making sure I knew everything I needed to get moved in. Once I got there to move in, the staff showed me around and walked me to my unit and even showed me where we could pull up to get to our stuff moved into the unit using the closest exterior door.

Everyone in the office was very polite and helpful.

It was a good experience. A little unorganized but good the person at the desk was nice and very good at her job.

My Sunday after-hours accessing the door & unit went smoothly. The unit was clean for the most-part, but probably not swept because we found several dead bugs on the floor. There was another moving truck in the bay with people moving in to a unit and they were using 2 or 3 of the farts, which only left us one cart to use while they were there. Didn't seem like there were enough carts at such a large facility when multiple people could have been there at the same time.

manager kept apologizing said she would take care of us and we ended up late for our next appt she gets easily rattled - nice but it shouldnt have been this hard
