The process was easy and my unit was ready for move in, however I was a little perturbed about a few dead and some moving roaches in the unit. I swept most of them out, but hope some follow up treatment will be done to get rid of insects and rodents over the summer. I would hate to come back in late summer to move our daughter back to her campus and find that insects and rodents have been roaming around her stuff.

Shalonda was wonderful. I rented a 5x5 unit for my Salisbury U student, and was able to do everything over the phone from the western shore. Shalonda followed up twice between my reservation and move in. Would definitely recommend.
