Just moved in, but all went well.

Upon Arrival to check in i used the app to go to my locker get my lock and start moving my stuff i started looking for the complimentary Dolley to move my stuff into my unit unfortunately i couldnt find any at all so i go to the office to ask and the lights were off and doors were locked so i assumed they were closed so one by one i moved the boxes in my car into the unit up 3 ramps and as im leaving i see the office lights turn on so i go up to the door and its still locked the young man pointed at me to come arount the side of the building so as i pull up in my car to the side he comes to the door and asks what i need i asked if you all rent dolleys and he said yes just give me id and sign it out i told him okay perfect but i need to run home to get the rest of my stuff and my people who are helping me he says okay and before i could say anything else he goes back inside and back to the desk i just left move in says its from 6am-9pm i go get my help and come back at 6 pm and doors are locked again and young man is motioning that you all are closed and i cant use the dolley i was not happy at all the young man didnt tell me that there was a certain time they close and that i wouldnt be able to use the dolly if i came back after 6pm i was unaware and not happy at all. But I Get What I Paid For

Loved how easily you can access the doors/gates using ur app and the access to the storage as well basically everything! its very easy to use everything is prepared well for use

Its easy to get into & clean... the long zig zag ramp when trying to move things is the only problem but other then that its good.

The customer service was great but there was no heads up about how long of a walk it was to get to the unit. It was quite a trek to be carrying boxes and not prepared with a hand truck.

Clean, good lighting, easily accessible. Everything was as promised.

I truly enjoyed the service received from Khadejah from our first phone discussion to the moment I signed the contract for my unit.

I decided on your facility because of the pricing and location. What I didn't know, was how easy the process was, how helpful the staff is and how safe I felt my belongings were. I chose a 10X20 ft. space and it was clean, accessible and made a difficult move a simple process. I forget to lock up properly, and i received an email letting me know my belongings were not secured. When i got there, after work, everything was just as I left it. What a relief. You should try them!

Hi and good night. I hope all had a good Thanksgiving. For whatever reason I couldn't leave a comment using my cellphone, so here I am taking the opportunity to leave a couple of words. First Sparefoot helped me to find the most reasonable deal in this area. The location to where I have to move out from is pretty good. But my only pet peeve is rolling the trolley inside has a challenge going this ramps up and also at the entrance there is a one inch of concrete making entering large items a bit more difficult. Overall, Akena was great to help while she met me at the property.

Nice place but the door to enter the storage units is not actually locked. There is no reason to put the code in as the door just opens!

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, the representative, Phylicia was knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional.

The only thing I wish we could have is a light in each storage unit! Other than that my experience has been outstanding!

Anita' and Michael were exceptional. They were great explaining things and showing me different size units. I do not recall the managers name but he was a tall thin gentleman with red hair, he was very pleasant and made inquiries about my needs being satisfied with the rental process and the help I was receiving.

The people who helped move me in and showed me around were friendly and helpful!

I received SUPERIOR customer service from the ladies, especially Jamie! I went in to purchase boxes, but I will definitely keep this Public Storage location in mind if I need storage space!

So I have a unit t this location well my husband does. And a few months ago I came to this location and let me tell you all I received the best customer service ever, I had to purchase some boxes for my move and a young lady named Melissa helped me out he showed me different sizes and packs and all the good stuff. Well she recommended a set of boxes that came in 1 big box and by the way it was really heavy , so I told her if she could help me carry the box 3 flights of steps at my apartment complex which is around the corner from here.. and she did she carried the big pack up the stairs on her own she went about and beyond. And once again today I needed more packing supply's no melissa helped and like always Melissa is such an amazing person kind and generous I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

As I told u last time ur customer handling very nice, the discipline of the compound is also interesting nobady abiuse , z get also interesting and z like. The cleanness is also good. Keep it up
