The person working the front desk the day I came in seemed rule-bound when I first spoke to her. She insisted I would have to make a walking tour before signing even though I'm disabled and am very limited in my ability to walk. After she saw how hard it was for me to walk she was sympathetic and allowed less walking. That was really helpful. She was very pleasant when I returned to ask more questions after loading my unit. Overall a very good experience.

You should be able to reach the keypad to gain access / leave from your car without having to get out of the vehicle. Carts for moving heavy objects should be available at convenient locations within your facility...that is convenient to the customer vice your staff.

Michelle, the manager, is terrific. No quibbles there. However: because she is the only person in the office and because the only time that carts are available is when she is available... you see where I'm going with this? Also: the office closes at 6:00 pm. Those of us who prefer to move items later in the day - when it's cooler - are out of luck. Second: at facility where I previously located - which I would have used again, but we've moved farther down county, so it is no longer convenient - it was possible to leave a spare key with the office in order that someone authorized to get access could come by without having to make contact with me first and I could have access if I went to the facility but forgot the key at home. (This has happened more than I would like to admit.) For these two reasons, I've given you a four-star rating, in spite of Michelle's six-star level of service.

I knew that I needed climate-controlled storage so I was an 'easy sell'. But the staff worked hard to find me a unit of the size and shape that I needed that was also right near the elevator! I appreciate their thoughtfulness since I walk with a cane.
