I feel my stuff is secure and with its environmental controls, any thing you put the will not suffer heat or cold damage. Only negative I can think of was having to pay a security deposit that wasn't mentioned in the site.

Great except for the fact that no hand truck transportation was available to get from the door to the storage unit. I know that other facilities provide this. I could have brought my own for move in if I had know.

We came after 5PM and needed help. Called the phone number on the door and someone came within a few minutes to open door, give us unit number and sell us a lock. We were very pleased with the service.
