Last minute need for storage. Friendly people and clean place

I rented a unit online and it was very easy. The staff were very prompt and helpful when I had issues with the access key pad not working on move in day. The facility is very clean!

I will recommend this facility to others. Clean location,great staff,wonder feel of being welcomed.

My experience has been amazing far surpassed any other I have had to date during this house buying process.

I feel my stuff is secure and with its environmental controls, any thing you put the will not suffer heat or cold damage. Only negative I can think of was having to pay a security deposit that wasn't mentioned in the site.

Great except for the fact that no hand truck transportation was available to get from the door to the storage unit. I know that other facilities provide this. I could have brought my own for move in if I had know.

We came after 5PM and needed help. Called the phone number on the door and someone came within a few minutes to open door, give us unit number and sell us a lock. We were very pleased with the service.
