I needed a unit immediately, and was able to find and complete the registration along with payment online without difficulty. I had one issue after arriving to store my items. Although a map of the unitﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s location was provided in the email, I did have a problem locating the unit. There are other units bearing the same number, but have a prefix that were a bit confusing.

I was a little disappointed at first, I arrived Monday morning around 9:20am to find no one was there. I left then came back & still no one there around 9:40. Someone arrived around 9:40 & said about 10 min. I didn't go in until around 10:15. However, the gentleman did take care of me. I wasn't aware of the insurance fees & how often to be paid. What I thought was around $80 ended up to be $122. The gentleman then showed me the unit, perfect size 👍, however it is actually too high for me to access. I returned on Tues night to move in only to find a lock on my unit. Instructions indicated my code should unlock the unit, it didn't & I called the office, only to get a recording. I then called customer service & I was happy to get the correct code. Thanks for 1800 Cube Smart. The temporary lock was left in the door opening @ the office.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a pleasant representative. She was helpful and friendly.

Easy transaction, web-site user friendly in booking. Website could use actual visual of the available units so as to avoid booking wrong size.

This is my first time using a cubesmart and the facility is definitely a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient yet not too accessible and it's clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and relatively helpful, despite some inexperience I picked up on. For the price and quality you'd be hard pressed to find a better storage space than the cubesmart in Temple Hills.

Only problem I see is more flat bed carts are needed

From the very beginning until the time had moved my belongings into my locker . i was treated with nothing but the greatest customer service in a long time by the cubesmart staff and im pleased to write this review.

I had a last minute, emergency move and this facility was perfect from the front door, office staff, incredible personalities, knowledge, clarity, effort, and care. The space is larger than my last unit, very clean, and well lit.

Great hours and staff

The CubeSmart in Temple Hills provides a clean, easy-to-use facility for storage. The climate-control is set at a good temperature, and it is easy to feel the difference when you step inside the building. I love the unique password to gain access to the entry gate, the building itself, as well as the exit gate. Customer Service is helpful and eager to answer questions. We are very pleased with our storage unit and highly recommend this facility!

It's storage. The area seems okay enough so I don't fear for my safety. I didn't care for the fact that the insurance is mandatory but is not included in the advertised rate. It is misleading.

Everything explained well. Wish we would have know how far it was from Georgetown University. Could no tell on line nor get the pricing closer to the university.

No issues getting in and out. Felt secured with code access all over the facility.

The facility is clean and temperature controlled so you don't have to worry about it being too hot or cold. The customer service is great they have a friendly staff that is very helpful.

I stored my things a long distance away with the concept that I would pay a lower price per month. It should be more clearly explained how high the lockers are located. Although the manager told me that I would need a step stool, that was not the case. I actually needed a rolling flight of stairs. The lockers are about 10' from the floor. Knowing that insurance was mandatory should have been included in my online pricing. I paid the same price as I would storing my things in DC locally. I then would've saved on my car rental and gas for the hour RT drive. Not cool, but you have my things and money because I will be away for over a year and did not have time to change my plans. It is what it is.

like previous reviewers, the only half star is for the ladder I need to climb to put my stuff away... but it's ok!!! won't get storage this cheap and clean anywhere!!

I'd never had a storage unit befroenbut this place impressed me. The only difficult part is where you park your car to unload is on a slight incline, so you have to work to keep the cart from moving, as well as getting it over the threshold of the door. I was impressed with the security though.

The only thing I wasn't happy about is that they never told me before hand that my storage unit was one that you had to use a ladder to access and get into, which made moving my stuff in much more difficult and time-consuming. Everything else was really professional and friendly.
